This building is in serious need of retraining their staff. I like this theater company itself and I have been a long time customer of Cinemark locations across states. Every time I have been to this location the staff does not greet you or are very welcoming, and when you are going to pay they never remind you of the rewards program on the app. So by the time you remember and ask them to scan it, they tell you that they can’t because you already paid, as a long time customer I know for a fact that isn’t true. You can still scan after you pay as long as you haven’t left the counter, all they have to do is look up the last order, which is right there in the screen. But the entire staff literally only do the bare minimum. One of my times there I had to guide the staff member on how to use the register to purchase my tickets because she didn’t know how to do box office since they heavily rely upon you using the self checkout, but I had a reward for a free ticket and she was they only person available behind concession. I’m not saying that they have to go above and beyond and for the record they are polite but it wouldn’t kill them to have some pride in their job, and be friendly to the customers. Where I moved from Cinemark has always been known to be a luxury theater with friendly, helpful staff. Most of us pay for a membership and it’s disappointing to know that 3 of the times I’ve been there I couldn’t get my rewards because the staff said there was nothing they could do since they weren’t properly trained, so what’s the point of wasting money on the membership if you can’t get what you pay for. Over all it is a nice theatre in a great location and from what I see they keep it clean, and the food is always fresh. I really want to love this location but hopefully they can fix this issue. It’s saddens me to say I keep returning to this location out of convenience instead of the reasoning being that I enjoy spending time here.

This is a totally wonderful movie theatre! They do not have the fancy lounge chairs, but everything else is perfect. I do not mind the chairs, but I know this big for some people. Restrooms are always clean. Popcorn is always perfect. They have warm regular popcorn & warm kettlecorn. Yum!

Seating was good even though it wasn't special electric seating. It was as good as electric seating and other places. Popcorn could have been a little fresher although there was nobody much in the theater when I went
