What can be improved:
Noisy: you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. The rubbish bin was full from previous client and not emptied. The bathroom sink was clogged. The hotel looks very old and basic. It is located far from everything.

What I liked :
Massive free parking. Good price for a big room with 150cm wide bed. Clean. Cheap food in the restaurant. The receptionist was OK, answering all questions.

Handy location just off motorway and near a service station. Hotel rooms basic but serviceable. Don't miss the dinner - mostly self-service but main course cooked on open fire and brought to table. All in all great value.

Have been staying here for the last 15 years ,when visiting lerida on business, staff are fantastic hotel is secure and good , open 24/7.

everything doesn't have to be new to be good. They cook dinner and breakfast on an open fire fresh for you ,real good food ,thank you

Feeling hungry... Say to myself "Stop at the next place you see"... and this was it. ||Not great from the outside (nor from the inside to tell the truth) but the meal was great! ||Not Haut Cuisine you understand but good food with a wide choice and the main course, should you go for the meat, cooked in front of your eyes on the wood bbq. ||Starter, soup, salad, main course, dessert, drink & tea or coffee... just under 11 euro. What a deal. ||Drove on happy!

This hotel is on the site of an off petrol station off the main highway. It was probably designed to cater for truckers because there is nothing glamorous or elegant about Casa Miquel. The reception is functional at best. There is one lift which services the bedroom floors. The hallways remind one the Overlook Hotel, featured in the movie The Shining. However, all was clean and tidy and there were no midgets lurking in the room. Only twin beds. Air-conditioning was functional and the bathroom clean. Nothing vital was missing and there was nothing extra. So average in the room department. ||The restaurant though is what makes this place worth visiting time and again. It is open 24 hours and they have a coal fired oven cooking constantly. They bake their own bread and roast all sorts of meat to your delight. Succulent cuts, even Argentine style cuts were available. This is some of the most honest cooking I have come across. Nothing fancy, no 'air' out of a can, no squirts of goo across a white plate. Nothing pretentious, just generous helpings of good fresh food. Vegetables tasted like they were killed to order. The meat unctuous in the best possible interpretation. All was made with passion.||There are no table cloths and you have to help yourself to drinks.The football or bull fighting will no doubt be blaring from the TV and a dozen trucks will be parking up outside. The Casa Miquel is not on the beaten track and not on the tourist trail but it is the centre of proper traditional Catalan cuisine. Go there before it gets bought by an American chain.

Ok so it's a bit away from motorland but the road there is amazing. The staff here are great and very friendly and food and drink is good value. Perfect base if you don't mind driving. Room clean and comfortable

Oh wow! The most basic of basic places, but if you've had a long trip and are just wanting a bed for the night,it's fine. Service is relaxed,but available 24hrs,and although we didn't hang around for breakfast,it was really busy,so must be good.

Dinner for 6€, breakfast for 4€, clean rooms with very affordable prices, friendly staff! Can’t complain, mainly if the idea is a one-night staying before going to Alcarras circuit or getting back to the road
