I arrived and they told me to pay for the room, it was already paid even with extra deposit of 100€, we were arguing about that. The lift was not working and while repairing the lift there was no light. The hotel itself is nice (at least the part visible to the guests), there is a pool and beautiful view on the sea. No kettle in the room. The food is the bar is nice and cheap. So mixed impressions)

This was our 3rd visit and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s was perfect for our family holiday. We stayed for breakfast and evening meal with plot food to choose from. Our room was spotless and nothing was too much for the cleaner’s. All the other staff were also very friendly. I will definitely back 😊

Good aircondition, nice bed and very good staff.|Pool area was nice and hotel close to the beach.|Bathroom was good but very small and noisy toilet. The "seaview" could be better, it was really a view over the playground. Could see some sea but expected more since I payed extra for it.|All in all I can recommend this hotel

Not recommended. They made an unauthorized charge to our credit card for a fake night we never stayed. This is a fraudulent practice and we strongly advise caution.

All round excellent experience. Great food, warm and friendly staff, super location. Really good. Would have liked a kettle in the room for early morning coffee but that's the only minor negative. Would highly recommend this hotel. The location great for beaches and rock pools.

After my stay, I did not feel very happy with the hotel. It's apparently a 4 star hotel although it doesn't give that sensation. |The staff appeared diligent and hard working, but it was clear that they had precious few breaks. |We were told that the check in time was 15h but in the hotel it said it was 13h, do we lost two hours.|The swimming pool closed at 18h on the first day. We had to go to our room for two hours. The pool area was alright, despite the music.|The music by the swimming pool was ridiculously loud. I asked the "animadora" to turn it down, but she didn't. We music was streamed from the Spotify free version, adverts included. They played Christmas music in August (seriously!). Do you want to relax and chill out? Forget it. You will have fun their way.|The barbecue was reasonably good. There was no fish though and I don't eat meat. Luckily I spoke to the dining manager who kindly arranged for some fish for me, which was much appreciated. Despite having dinner paid for, drinks were extra, something that I do not understand.|The buffet breakfast was good. The buffet dinner was also good, although quite why you don't get a single free drink, including water, I don't know.|The hotel has good views but the downside is having to go up the steep hill when returning from the beach, which is a ten minute walk away.|The hotel is geared towards young children, with activities and music for them. If you are without young children though, it can get a bit tiresome.Do you want to relax and chill out? Forget it.|The room was reasonable but nothing special. The size was alright, which is where the four stars must come from. There were coffee sachets in the room, but no coffee machine. The actual machine was six flights downstairs! Obviously, we didn't have any. There was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom.|So all in all, a slightly bitter sweet stay, we had. It was not awful but I would not return. Cheap, it was not.

On arriving things looked promising, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We did arrive about 45 mins before check in , but that wasn't a problem. We had booked a premium room, which when we went is what you would expect from a modern 3 star hotel, it's definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The interior and decoration is very basic with nothing extra added to make it comfortable or cosy. I dread to think what a standard room is like. |The restaurant can get very busy and as it's 8-10 on a night you're eating really late. The quality and choice of the food isn't the best . The salad was browning , cherry tomatoes looked about 4 weeks old etc etc etc . Choice is very limited unless you have a sweet tooth then there's an abundance. No butter or spreads are provided on a night to go with bread, which is very odd. Breakfast is basic but a little better choice wise , but still not the best quality . |Staff never seem to smile or engage with guests, in fact it all seems a chore for them to be there ( except the receptionist ) . |It's all just a little tired and miserable.
