For the price (we paid 55€ a night), this is a great hotel. Yes, as others point out, you may have the odd scratch/imperfection somewhere in the room/bathroom, but basically this is a sound hotel. You can't expect 5 star perfection when you are paying these prices. Service is very good, breakfast is fantastic (varied, delicious, not too crowded, airy), the location is fairly good, and the rooftop bar/terrace/pool is lovely.

The rooms were spacious and cozy. The staff was very accommodating. The meals were delectable with a plethora of options for each meal. The gym/workout area had a decent mix of equipment. Dumbbells with a bench, mats, a leg extension machine, cable machines, stationary bikes, treadmills, and elliptical machines. There were towels and a water cooler along with a pair of air conditioning units to keep things cool. The roof had a round pool that was great for cooling off on a hot day. The location is close to several restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, and other attractions. The view from the roof is nice and gives you a good feel for what's in the area. This place provides great value with everything it offers.

I wasn't there as a staying guest, and attended social events every week, but very pleased with the location.
The hotel has a great terrace on the rooftop, with beautiful views of Granada. Perfect location for summer events.
The quality of tapas isn't the best unfortunately, don't go there if you want to drink and have good tapas.

Very unimpressed. Lack of staff. Sent to a room that was not cleaned. Have to pay euro 4.50 a day for a safe!! Since when was a safe a luxury!! Wasted an hour trying to get the safe to work and nobody available to help. This is not a 4 star hotel. The only positive is the rooms are large but tired! The breakfast will be telling. Not holding my breath....

The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The hotel has potential but is in desperate need of an updated remodeling. The wifi connection wasn't reliable. The air conditioning was very confusing to use and took a really long time to cool the room.

The worst part of the experience was being woken up at 2 AM by the front desk saying someone complained about noise from our room even though we were asleep. They should have sent a staff member upstairs to listen for which room the noise was coming from before they assumed it was us and woke us up.

I would not stay there again.

I visited the hotel for a work meeting and while I could not say much about rooms, linen or restaurant food, I can attest to the kindness, helpfulness and attention of the staff, the prompt assistance received when requested and the tidy and elegant aspect of the hotel. The location is eminently suitable not just for business purposes or events and reception but most especially for those who look for accommodation close to the city center without having other buildings as view but rather nice trees, the river and from certain angles quiet streets.

Airco system is too old, almost not working. Very warm inside the room in this hot summer time. Didn't expect this in a four star hotel. Breakfast is quite good, but the lady who served us is quite unfriendly.

Good service in reception, one of our double room was tiny (the big one was decent)! Barely any space for our luggage and quite dark as we face the inside! Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Location was fine for us, just a 10'walk from the main places.
