Decided to stop here for mani/pedi.
Asked for gel and they had to remove my previous polish first. Both techs ended up cutting cuticles and rubbing them raw to bleed. This is the absolute first time this has ever happened. Fours fingers and three toes have cuts on them. And the actual polish job is bubbly and off. Nails are already peeling after a few washes.
I really wanted to like this place and their quality of work.

Anna did an excellent job and gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. They definitely have a regular in me now. I’m looking forward to my next set already!

I get so many compliments on my nails since I have been coming here. They last longer than my last nail place. I am a bowler, so I am very hard on my nails and happy that I get 3 weeks between shellac. I usually see Ann. She is very talented with her nail art.

In 30 yrs in living nearby, this was only my second time to come to OP Nails. I came once years ago and had a less than satisfactory experience. Today I came back because of all the great reviews and I’m so glad I did!
Henry was meticulous and the end result was like night and day. The check in process was great and the place is sparkling clean. I’m so happy that I found this place (again) and that it’s super close to my house.

I went in on a Wednesday. I had my nails done by a lady (second on the left from the door, long black hair). On Friday, I had to go back to get two fixed because they were bubbling on the sides (the shellac about to come off). I got those two fixed but not even after a week from the original appointment they are chipped. Why pay more for a service that is not guaranteed? If I would have known this would chip after a week, I would have only paid for a regular nail polish manicure instead of shellac. Very disappointed. I tried emailing through the contact us portion of the website and no one ever responded. I am a teacher, I don't get my nails done much so when I do, I expect and want the best. I could understand if I washed dishes for a living (to cause chipping) but that's not the case.

I have been going here for a little over a year and I love it so much. I make my appointments with Doug, he is always so gentle and kind and is just the sweetest guy ever. His gentle touch and caring nature makes me feel like I am well taken care of and that he truly cares about him customers. My boyfriend even came with me once and Doug fixed his cracked nail for free! He’s so sweet! I highly recommend this place!

Today I got my nails done here for the first time. The owner was very kind but sadly my experience was not good. As seen in the picture I got a pretty bad cut while getting my nails done. I also have a few more minor cuts but this one was the worst. I was also shocked by the price. This was one of the highest amounts I've had to pay for my nails to be done ($57 - no soak) and I walked out with an ok paint job and some bleeding fingers. I almost feel like asking for a refund. Very disappointed.
