I’m not sure what happened, but this theater has really lost its luster and shine. For years I enjoyed going there to watch movies and eat some pretty decent bar style food while having a nice cold draft beer. I also liked going there with my kiddo because they had good ice cream drinks and shakes. Unfortunately though, it seems that during this past year, on multiple occasions, the food is no longer of the same quality (if it’s even available), bathrooms smell like urine, and staff don’t even make an attempt at being cordial when interacting with you. It’s disappointing to say the least.

This place is great, but recently they have been out of many items on their menu. I usually like to order fried pickles when I go watch a movie with my family, but the last few times we have been there, they have been out of them due to some issue they are having with their fryer or freezer. They give you other options like popcorn or nachos, but not much of their fried food or other items on their menu, which is disappointing. This issue has been going on for a couple of months now, and they need to fix this dilemma so we can order the food we like to enjoy our movie.

Additionally, I have noticed that the servers have been taking a really long time to take orders and to deliver them as well. Also, I would like to add that their restrooms need attention; they have been very dirty and smelly, as if they aren't scrubbing and cleaning the toilets. They are also not sweeping and mopping. They need to keep this place clean, especially since there are families with young children. In general, they should keep the restrooms clean for everyone.

Overall, this place is great, but they need to work on their organization and cleanliness, as well as fixing their fryer. I just want to dip my fried pickles in ranch and enjoy my movie!"

Read a lot of bad reviews and was nervous to try this place out. It completely exceeded our expectations. We bought Terrifier 3 tickets, so my experience could be based on the fact it's the top box office movie currently...but we had exceptional service. The gal at the bar answered all our questions for being there for our first time. We had assigned seating I purchased online. There is a button to request service at your seat, you just have to use your phone to pull up the menu and write down everything you want off the menu on a blank notepad that is provided. You can continue to order food and drinks throughout the movie. We showed up at 7pm on Saturday. No food or drinks were out of stock like I read on previous reviews. Definitely coming back for another movie night. ?

Movie, great. Here was our food experience: they were out of roughly half the menu items. No hot dogs, pretzels, no pizza, and no queso. We were rolling with it because it was date night. Then we tried to order drinks and they were out of drink ingredients too!
Finally settled on food. Server bright one girl for both of us to share apparently. I pushed the button and nobody ever came. I finally went to find the hostess stand to loot my own silverware. We never did receive our cocktails.
Save your money and eat first. This was our third and final try with this place.
