Creo que funcionan bien para los clientes ingleses porque ellos lo son. Tienen muchas propiedades en la zona. Nuestra experiencia como compradores no fue buena. Tuvimos que ocuparnos de todo. En España estamos acostumbrados a que los agentes inmobiliarioa se ocupen de papeleo, llaves, información de gastos, etc... Su interés era cobrar como fuera, incluso directamente del cliente.

Been meaning to share our review on this wonderful company since we moved into our dream home in January 2024

Moving to Spain was daunting but Lewis and Tim made it doable and the part that is really telling is that their exceptional service continues AFTER the sale many many times over ...

When we ask for help with finding a tradesperson and/or have questions that we feel they can assist with, they are right there offering their help. Its really exceptional in today’s day and age that they are there if we ever need their input or help

We love our new home and our new neighborhood and its nice to know they are just up the hill and around the corner if we ever need to run something by them

We have known of Villa Solutions and their staff for over 20 years while living in this area of Los Romanes. So when it was the time to sell they were our go to place.
